For the last few months, TheRain and I have been working on a new musical toy for the DS called DSMIDIWiFi. Here’s a video showing what it can do:

Hope to see some cool MIDI apps popping up in the future :-)
Hi and welcome to my DS coding blog! I’ll try to use this place to inform you about the latest updates of my DS (and maybe also Wii) coding projects. Since this is the first post, I’ll tell a little about myself:
I am a computer science student from Germany with a passion for coding creative tools of all kinds. Also, I’m a fan of Nintendo, and I especially like the path they are going recently with the DS and the Wii. Once I found out that you could code for the DS, I bought one. I wasn’t really sure if this was a good idea because I already had a GP32 for coding and it was mainly collecting dust.
But it didn’t turn out to be a bad idea. The DS is seriously one of the greatest platforms to code for. I have started quite a number of DS projects, the biggest of them being NitroTracker, a music composition program that follows the tracker paradigm. While I’m still working on it, I still have a ton of other ideas for cool DS applications. So, stay tuned!
