Hi I’m Dustin.  I post on the PAlib forums quite a bit and on DSdev sometimes.  I have released a couple of games for the DS using PAlib and two simple gp32 games using pheonix.  I also wrote the second PAlib platform game tutorial so feel free to email me if you have any questions about that.
