fl
fl is an updated version of Jeff Frohwein’s GBA FLinker. It now works for me on both Windows XP and Linux. It’s an application that can program a Visoly flash cart using the old parallel port Visoly Flash Linker (see image). The Windows version uses inpout32.dll (included) which solves the permission problems.
