Instructions

To run DScent you need :

  • A DS
  • The original registered Descent
  • A Flashcart for your DS

Steps :

  1. Patch your Descent files to 1.4a atleast
  2. Patch the dscent.nds file with the appropriate DLDI
  3. Copy dscent.nds on your flash cart
  4. Copy descent.hog and descent.pig in either the root of your flash cart or a subdirectory named dscent
    1. You may optionnally copy .dem (demo) files and additional missions (.msn with a .hog)
  5. Once you’ve run the game once and created a profile, you may follow the instructions in the readme.txt file found in the dscent archive to customize your HUD
