About

!! This blog contains code that should be used at your own risk.

I always wanted to make games. From my first days of Spectrum ZX back in 1986 up to now, when I am playing Warcraft to my PC. I am self taught of programming languages such as C and Basic, until I got myself to college (Computers and Electronic Engineering). There I was introduced to Assembly, the true code and how computers really work (until then I always thought it was the gremlins that moved the graphics — a general misconception, since my first game was a Gremlinâ„¢ game).Getting my degree only brought me a bit further to my goal, but also three steps behind. Being a computer analyst (which is another misconception that anal thing in the analyst) I found myself cramming with work to a local television channel, as a web programmer / mobile services programmer.

I started experimenting once again with linux, but mostly because my job requires to run software such as apache, mysql and general web development packages. With linux came gcc and all the wonderful tools that microsoft never tells you unless you pay them big cash.

As time was passing by, software evolved and now you can also develop things for microdevices such as the Nintendo DS. I saw the development over the last year and I decided to make my own game. Thus, AiD:NDS were born. I am lost, like you guys and I am doing selfquestions to go further. It’s going to be an adventure indeed!
